Importance must be placed on balancing political sensitivities with practical implementation.

Small island developing states are often expected to carry a disproportionate load when it comes to the #climatecrisis, even in negotiations.

Despite our small sizes and limited resources, our SIDS continue to punch well above our weight and this #COP30 was no exception.
